Producer Diva Singh brings you a gut-wrenching psychological thriller Fantasiser, which is streaming on MX Player. The 18 minutes, 11 seconds film stars Ajay Gehi and Aradhna Sharma in the lead roles.
The film is a story of an escort named Riya, who gets stuck at her client Ajay’s flat due to lockdown across the nation. What happens next at the flat forms rest of the crux. It is real or an illusion is the question?
Talking about producing Fantasiser, producer Diva Singh says, “It was a joyful journey producing my first film. I feel signing Ajay Gehi was the perfect decision of Jupiter Productions, the man with abundance of talent and a great presence of his skills. It was easy for me to convince him because I was very much convinced with the punch of psychological thriller. I was very much confident that he would love it and here we are today.”
Praising the actress Aradhana Sharma and chief Assistant Director Priyanka Dinesh Malviya, she shares “ I’m very much impressed with my other cast member Aradhana Sharma, she exactly performed what our script required. My chief Assistant Director Priyanka Dinesh Malviya stood throughout the film on a single call, although she wasn’t on ground but she never made me feel that one of our crews is not available. I’m blessed with such beautiful people I have worked with.”
Sharing further on her journey, she narrates, “I was nervous before initiating even the pre-production but the more I started getting involved, more I started knowing about things. Although, I have produced few music videos with renowned singers from Bollywood but producing a film was a bit difficult. I got to learned a lot whileworking on this project.”
Talking about her future plans, Diva says, “I have tightened my seat belt to take off with my upcoming projects. I don’t restrict myself or get fearful with any obstacle as I keep experiencing through life that we don’t have to give up and begin all over again if you find yourself fallen anyway.”
Actor Ajay Gehi adds, “It was an amazing experience working on this project. Besides a good story, what was striking was the energy and the enthusiasm of the team especially the producer Diva Singh, who was well prepared much before we started shooting. Her positive mindset was very contagious and she handled the production like a veteran. The story of the film is different and has many layers and we shot it right after the lockdown was lifted so we had a lot of hinderances yet all went smoothly.”
“Even the young actor Aradhna was so good that I never felt I was working with a new comer. I wish Diva and her production more such crazy projects and all the success,” he concludes.

गाने में विनोद ने आरती को अपनी ओर रिझाने के लिए हर प्रकार का प्रयास किया है। गाने को लखनऊ की खूबसूरत लोकेशन पर शूटिंग किया है। इस गाने को इंडस्ट्री में एक अलग लेवल पर ले जाने की विनोद ने कोशिश की है। इस गाने को अनुज तिवारी ने संगीतबद्ध किया है। एवं उन्होंने ही इस गीत को अपनी मधुर आवाज में गया है। गाने का लेखन दुर्गावरी हैं।

Actor Hemwant Tiwari has recently been in the news as his directorial debut, Lomad, a one-and-half hour black and white film won its 24th selection and 11th award. And the most recent one being, The Best Actor in a Leading Role category and Best Director category at the Accolade Global Film Festival, California, US, running for the 17th year. However, the day the Indian born, international actor made the announcement on his social media handles, Hemwant got the shock of his life when one of his friends told him that Lomad was pirated and was available in full-length on YouTube.
When contacted, Hemwant said, “I was shocked!” He checked out the film online and realised they had used only a poster and not the film. “It was a moment where I felt multitudes of contrasting emotions at the same time. In a day’s time, when I went back to check the link to connect to cybercrime, I saw that it was deleted. My friends on social media reported the channel and with multiple reporting it got deleted.”
Lomad, a film in a single continuous shot, with no camera-cuts, no editing, is a survival-themed crime thriller wherein Hemwant gave an opportunity to FTII graduates in the project. And the moment he mentioned the experimental genre of the film, people were excited to come on board! Hemwant rehearsed with the team for almost 10 days on location. But on the final day, he had to reshoot the film all over again after 88 minutes. “In the first take, the card finished at the 88th minute, and they had forgotten to change the card.” Undaunted, Hemwant shot the film one more time.
Hemwant Tiwari is known for his short film Life Is Beautiful that featured in Cannes, post which he made his global debut with the international Sci-fi series, Medinah. Hemwant will now be travelling to Iran and Israel for Lomad next, besides having an international series with global cast and two Indie films lined up for 2021 shoot and release. One of the biggest events of this year, Mrs India Inc presents Mrs India World 2020-2021 , powered by the Deltin, Daman, was held on January 23, 2021 at The Deltin, Daman. Mrs. Navdeep Kaur was crowned the winner and will represent India at Mrs World 2020, followed by Anupreet Kaur as 1st runner up and Shruti Chauhan as 2nd runner up. महामंडलेश्वर की अपनी डिग्री के बारे में आगे साझा करते हुए, वह कहती हैं, मेरे माता-पिता के गुरु जी जहां से उन्हें दीक्षा मिली, वह हैं श्री पायलट बाबा जी, जो जूना अखाड़े के महामंडलेश्वर भी हैं। कई बार, मैंने नैनीताल, हिमालय और कुंभ मेले में उनके आश्रम का दौरा किया इसलिए मैंने गुरुओं की आध्यात्मिकता को महसूस करना शुरू किया और पाया कि उनका आशीर्वाद अमूल्य है। मुझे कुंभ में अपनी संन्यास दीक्षा मिली और जूना अखाड़े से इतना सम्मान मिला कि मुझे गर्व है।

“We came out with these videos at the time when there were no shows happening suddenly due to pandemic . We noticed artists kept themselves busy with performance online but faced lots difficulties . Also it lacked proper aesthetics of lights and backdrop. These videos are made in virtual reality , with different attractive backdrop which is also 360 degree” says Neha.

21 January 2021, Kolkata: “I won’t join politics as I can’t change my own personality for politics. I didn’t join politics because I had learnt that it was not possible to air an opinion contrasting with the party chief. I don’t want to curb my own, natural way of thinking,” said India’s first World Cup winning captain, Kapil Dev, at a session of Ek Mulakat Visesh organized by Prabha Khaitan Foundation of Kolkata and presented by Shree Cement. The lively session was introduced by Ruhi Syal in which the ace cricketer was in conversation with Archana Dalmia of Ehsaas Woman of Delhi with hundreds of guests joining in from all over India.
“Winning or losing an election is different as long as I have an opinion of my own. I would even stand with the opposition if my opinion matches with it. That’s the way politics is in my mind,” Kapil Dev said.
Kapil Dev who has played cameos in films over the years feels like politics, acting isn’t his cup of tea, “My mother had said I should never do anything other than sports as I do not have a good appearance. So I never tried acting. I haven’t acted in a cameo but just played the Kapil Dev role to make a movie better and look authentic.”
Regarding a forthcoming biopic in which Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone would portray him and his wife Romi, the former Indian cricket captain said, “The film is on the 1983 Indian cricket team that won the World Cup. The film is about the journey of India’s World Cup win. The makers are going to show both good and bad experiences of that journey.”
When asked – “Was winning the World Cup in 1983 still the most defining moment of your life?”
Kapil Dev said, “Not at all. I don’t think so. The most important moment is still the day when I was born and the second most important day was when I played for India first. To me, as a kid, the most important was to represent the country. That was the best time of my life.”
Commenting on India’s changing sporting scenario Kapil Dev said, “Cricket is not only about the World Cup. It is about people like Dhoni, myself, Harbhajan Singh or Zaheer Khan who came from very small towns. Thirty years ago cricketers hardly used to come from small towns or tier two or tier three cities. Now 90 per cent of the cricketers come from semi-metro cities and towns. In twenty years from now, I am sure lots of cricketers will come out from very small towns, may be from villages because sports have gone to all across India. Now Natarajan (T Natarajan), the bowler who is playing for India, is the son of a mother who runs a tea stall and a father who is working as a coolie. He is playing for India! That’s the change that sports have brought to this country.”
As a role model for young and budding cricketers, Kapil Dev said, “No, I think role models keep on changing from time to time. The role models of today’s generation are Yuvraj Singh, Dhoni, Virender Sehwag, Sourav Ganguly. Maybe after 10 years, the role models would probably be Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan because every generation keeps on changing. Thirty years later, the kids won’t know so many cricketers who have played in my time.”
Responding to a question by Archana Dalmia, “You had no social media in your time. Do you think it was a blessing or a curse?” Kapil Dev said, “I think both. I will only ask people to use this medium for betterment. We should try to share good news on social media and be proud of those because at the end of the day, knowledge is strength. Technology, if it is taken in the right spirit, is wonderful, otherwise it can be devastating.”
What makes the legend happy? “Give me fresh food, good friends, a game of golf and I am happy. I like to make my life very simple and look for happiness within myself,” he said. Kapil Dev would also, apart from his family, like to have dinner with personalities like Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa and Ratan Tata “who have done wonderful things in life.”

15 January 2021, Kolkata: Commenting on India-US relations under US President Joe Biden, British economist and politician, Lord Meghnad Desai, said, “I don’t think Kamala Harris is going to be absolutely 24X7 friend of India. She has her own views on many things. India and USA will probably have differences as Biden is on the soft left of American politics as Donald Trump is on the populist right of American politics. Therefore, there may be differences between Narendra Modi and Joe Biden on questions of human rights, Kashmir and so on. There already have been differences even when Trump was President with the Congressional Democratic members in America.”
Lord Meghnad Desai was addressing an online session ofKitaabseries organised byPrabha Khaitan Foundationof Kolkata and presented by Shree Cement where his latest book“Rebellious Lord: An Autobiography”was formally launched by guest conversationalist Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Indian economist and former civil servant. TheKitaabsession was formally initiated by Ms Priyanshi Patel of Ehsaas Woman of Ahmedabad and was joined in by guests from all over the world.
On India-China relations Desai said, “There is no solution to the India-China issue. It is a clash of two very deep nationalisms; two old cultures. How we are going to reconcile is very difficult.”
Lord Meghnad Jagdishchandra Desai, is a British politician, life peer, author, economist, commentator, columnist and a film buff who has written over 30 books on economics, politics, history, cinema and fiction. He was awarded Padma Bhushan in 2008 by the Indian Government. He resigned from the Labour Party in November last year after 49-years citing anti-semitism. Lord Desai’s autobiography “Rebellious Lord” aptly reflects his contrarian views and approach on many subjects.
Talking of Indian films Desai said, “Bollywood and Indian films have an uncanny ability to tell India’s story to the world since Raj Kapoor’s times, even as it changes. Obviously India is not a single story, so there is enough scope for different producers, writers and directors to tell different kind of stories. The passion that people show regarding a film is astonishing. I am a great fan of Bollywood, including southern films, which is a very good storyteller with content and entertainment,” Desai said.
Responding to a question by Montek Singh Ahluwalia about his analysis of the economic policies of the BJP in the mid 90s, Meghnad Desai said, “The BJP had a very muddled economic policy 25 years ago. Mentor, Deen Dayal Upadhyay had a kind of third-way idea, neither capitalism nor socialism. It was akhichadi. I went through all the manifestos of BJP and found a tremendous evolution by the time they were into power in 1998 in a NDA coalition. The Singh-Rao reforms were successful and instead of opposing those reforms, they swam with the tide. So their manifestos were totally irrelevant as to what they did.”
Meghnad Desai said, “In India people are expected to tread the same path. I have had a number of evolutions in my thinking and I had said in my article that there was no chance of Communist revolution in India. The 1991 reforms was a great thing Manmohan Singh and Narasimha Rao did which I was waiting for. Those in the Planning Commission knew I was their friend. It was the people outside who were surprised – How can a man have two different ideas in his head! So, I had polluted my caste several times.”
AboutIndia, Desai said, “I see India as a collection of nations, anything which has a language and a territory, it may have a religion as well. Language makes all the difference. India is a sort of Europe. One of the books I am working on will show how diverse Indian history is .Who knows any history of Assam or Kerala. So I want to make people aware and relax that India is a nation state and is not going to go anywhere else. India is a united civilisation rich in nationhood.”
Regarding quitting the Labour Party, Desai said, “There was a leftward shift in 2015 with Jeremy Corbyn elected, lots of people came in. The 1970s and 80s Trotskyites were OK. They were radical and all that but we could deal with them, I was chairman of my Party at that time. But this new bunch were very anti-semitic and threw abuses at the Jewish MPs, especially Jewish women MPs. The Party was reluctant to proceed against them and was reported to the Commission on Human Rights and Equality and the Commission said Yes! The Party had a problem. I was feeling very embarrassed about it. A final report came and our former leaders said it was political propaganda. He was suspended and nineteen days later readmitted. I said this is it I am no longer going to be a member. These people are non-serious about tackling anti-semitism. I wanted to be comfortable with my own conscience. I sit in the cross benches now.”
Reflecting on his nearly five decade political career in the UK, Meghnad Desai feels the reward of being in politics is the experience itself.

पिछले दिनों मायानगरी मुंबई में हिंदी म्यूजिक वीडियो “हमसफ़र” का पोस्टर रिलीज धूमधाम से संपन्न हुआ इस अवसर पर म्यूजिक वीडियो के अभिनेता प्रिंस नावेद खान,अभिनेत्री प्रियंका शर्मा,निर्माता अर्जुन शंकला,मनोज कुमार व दानिश के साथ-साथ “हमसफर” की पूरी टीम मौजूद थी ।
इस मौके पर मीडिया को संबोधित करते हुए म्यूजिक वीडियो के अभिनेता प्रिंस नावेद खान ने बताया कि मैं लगातार बॉलीवुड में एक के बाद अच्छे प्रोजेक्ट के साथ आ रहा हूं, इसके पहले जी म्यूजिक से रिलीज म्यूजिक वीडियो “सुन ले जरा” में दर्शकों ने मुझे बहुत प्यार दिया है, हमारे आने वाली म्यूजिक वीडियो “हमसफर” मेरे दिल के बेहद करीब है इसका मुख्य वजह इसका कर्णप्रिय संगीत व गीत है,उन्होंने बताया कि बहुत जल्द वो बतौर अभिनेता कुछ हिंदी फिल्म भी लेकर आ रहे हैं जिसका प्री प्रोडक्शन कार्य चल रहा है साथ ही उन्होंने बॉलीवुड सुपरस्टार सलमान खान का जमकर तारीफ भी किया और बताया कि वह भी सलमान खान के तरह एक ट्रस्ट चलाते हैं जिसमें जरूरतमंदों को हर संभव मदद किया जाता है। साथ ही उन्होंने दर्शकों को उनके प्यार के लिए धन्यवाद के साथ साथ उनकी आने वाली म्यूजिक वीडियो “हमसफर”को ब्लॉकबस्टर बनाने के लिए अपील भी किया।
म्यूजिक वीडियो की अभिनेत्री प्रियंका शर्मा ने बताया कि यह मेरे लिए सौभाग्य की बात है कि मैं इस म्यूजिक वीडियो से जुड़ी और आगे भी इस टीम के साथ काम करना चाहूंगी ।
म्यूजिक वीडियो के गीतकार अमिताभ रंजन निर्माता अर्जुन शंकला,मनोज कुमार और दानिश निर्देशक शोहरोजे शादत,संगीतकार और गायक दुष्यंत कुमार ,सिनेमैटोग्राफर पी .अमर कुमार, कास्टिंग डायरेक्टर दिनेश चौहान,डांस डायरेक्टर निक्साॅन क्रज,लाइन प्रोड्यूसर विनय बिष्ट है।
